Newlywed couple John and Kathryn Lagoudes got married in late November of 2011 and shortly after decided to open Glow Tanning Salon in January of 2012. The Salon has existed in the 229 Smithtown Blvd. lo- cation for over ten years but it was lacking the charm, love and passion of tanning that this ravo, Reality Stars Couple bought into the salon. This couple not only has a passion for each other but their love for tanning and skin care therapy has blossomed into the New Glow Tanning Salon. John and Kathryn didn’t want to see the salon go under so they took over, put in all new tanning bulbs in the beds, bought new machines and gave the salon a GLOW Makeover. They are currently participating on a new Bravo, reality show called “The Newly Weds” which will air on next February. The show follows the happy couple around for a year docu- menting married life for the first year. Glow Tanning Salon has been featured on the show twice already and will con- tinue to be a big part of the show and the couple’s life.
They are devoted to having the latest tanning equipment the market has to offer, with a trained and friendly staff and an immaculately clean atmosphere. Glow Tanning Salon’s mission is to provide a chic home like atmosphere to the salon where everyone can come in, sit down and feel at home here. Existing and new customers are loving the new look and strong beds that has now become GLOW TAN- NING SALON. “I haven’t tanned in a few years but came in to check out the Grand Opening, and now I’m hooked. My favorite bed is the MAX 10, I get a great even tan and the bed even talks to you and sprits out water and aromas. I don’t get to vacation much but when I come to Glow I feel relaxed and love the atmosphere!” states client Peter Thomas.
The newest addition to the salon is the MYSTIC HD SUNLESS TANNING BED. Our mission is to provide our clients with a clean and comfortable atmosphere and the latest technology in tanning at affordable prices. We want people to get results without breaking their banks so we always have specials and deals. This month we are offering 10% off Grand Opening Sale. We also have Happy Hour Tans Specials Monday-Wednes- day from 4-7pm, $10 Tans any beds, any level with purchase of lotion. The Happy Hour specials gives our clients a chance to test out all different level beds and see which ones they like before committing to a package.
